6. Add New Consent Requirements

Since your app is going to need to ask for location consent, you can do this by modifying the consent screen for your app.

  1. Go to the Application Page

  2. Click next to get to the consent screen.

  1. Add new consent scopes by clicking "Add or Remove Scopes". Find the location.places.read and location.places.write consent and add them to your application.

You can now configure your application to ask for this consent.
